My Review

Brilliantly fun and quirky, it's easy to see why this has become a classic in Australia! Happily, it's now available in the UK too. It really makes me smile - it has that combination of simplicity of concept and humour that feature in the best books for toddlers. While it won't introduce children to the differences of Australia's geography or culture, it will definitely teach them one thing we have in common - a lot of sheep! It's a really fun read aloud, and one that children will quickly grasp and join in with.

Heads Up!

Mem Fox has written loads of picture books. She's also, with Judy Horacek, penned a book for adults, called 'Reading Magic; Why reading aloud to our children will change their lives forever', hailed as a classic for by both educators and parents.

Publisher Review

The bestselling Australian classic, now available for the first time in the UK. Here is the blue sheep, and here is the red sheep. Here is the bath sheep, and here is the bed sheep. But where is the green sheep? Mem Fox and Judy Horacek take you on a wildly wonderful adventure in their rollicking search for the green sheep.
